• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Refunds will be processed via cash or store voucher.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery.
• We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on stock availability.
• Customers may be required to provide photos or return the product for inspection.

3. Pet Purchase Disclaimer

• All pets sold at Pet Land Oman undergo necessary vaccinations and medical checkups before purchase.
• Once a pet has been sold, we are not responsible for any health issues, injuries, or other concerns that may arise after the pet leaves our premises.
• Customers are advised to consult a veterinarian for ongoing care and health monitoring of their pets.
• Pet behavior and adaptation vary—Pet Land Oman does not guarantee a pet’s temperament, behavior, or ability to adapt to a new environment.
• No refunds or exchanges on live animals—Once a pet has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety reasons.

4. Process for Returns & Refunds

• Customers can visit any Pet Land Oman branch with the item and receipt for a refund or exchange.
